At Parke Lane People, our process begins with a genuine conversation. We take the time to understand your business, its culture, and the specific qualities you require for each role. This initial meeting is vital because it allows us to tailor our search precisely to your needs.
Once we have a clear understanding, we utilise our extensive candidate database alongside essential recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Reed. We craft engaging job adverts designed to appeal to the right professionals and post them on carefully chosen job sites. When we have gathered a pool of potential candidates, we conduct a thorough shortlisting process, presenting you with a select group who not only meet your technical criteria but also fit seamlessly with your company culture.

3. Do You Support Temporary, Contract, and Permanent Recruitment?
We recognise that every business has its own staffing requirements. The majority of the roles we work on are permanent, typically full-time positions, though we also assist with part-time and hybrid roles where necessary. While we do not offer a service for temporary staffing, we do help secure candidates on contract, usually for periods of 3 to 12 months. These contracts are often arranged to cover maternity leave or long-term absences, ensuring your operations continue smoothly.

Andrea joined Parke Lane People in March 2023 and brings with her a wealth of experience in recruitment. Since starting her career in 2006, she has worked on both the agency side and in internal talent hiring, her experience spanning across the commercial, educational, manufacturing, and events sectors. Her hands-on expertise and honest, consultative approach are integral to our process.
Away from the office, Andrea isn’t always headhunting on LinkedIn. When she isn’t busy ensuring that the right candidates find the right roles, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, her beautiful daughter, her dachshund Teddy, and her horses.
