Our Recruitment Process
When you come to Parke Lane People with a vacancy, we follow a number of steps to ensure we find you the best fit.
Firstly, we hold a meeting with you ideally in person, to ensure we understand every element of the role, the team in which it sits, future plans for the business as well as the working environment and salary and benefits offered.
Next, we advertise the role on your behalf on specially selected job boards as well as targeted social media posts. We also deploy our team of resourcers to reach out to passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a role.

Once a candidate is identified, we don’t just send their CV to you. We conduct in-depth interviews with each candidate that we register-more questions!
We discuss every detail of their previous experience and their skill set, as well as things such as their working style, whether they thrive more at home or in an office environment, their availability and proximity, to their career aspirations and salary expectations.
We like to get to know our candidates personally so that you can be assured each candidate we shortlist has been thoroughly assessed by our team and identified as the best fit.
We go the extra mile
Once our initial interview is complete, we then send the candidate a copy of the job specification and a link to your website (Where applicable) to allow them to further research the role.
And we don’t stop there- once you select a candidate for interview, we spend some further time with them to prepare them for their interview. We answer any queries they may have, refresh their memory regarding the job role and the company, and give them some hints and tips to ensure they are fully prepped for meeting with you.
Once the interviews have taken place we exchange feedback with the candidate on your behalf-positive and negative and inform them of the next stages of the process where applicable.
Should the candidate be successful, we will discuss the details of the offer and provide any personal details and reference information if required.
